Vince Williams has been a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant since 1993 and is a retired United States Air Force veteran. He worked in Primary Care Medicine for 10 years and earned a Master’s degree in Family Medicine. Vince was the Clinical Coordinator for the Air Force Physician Assistant School while at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, and worked part-time in both the Primary Care Clinic and Emergency Department. He was the Commander for the Health and Wellness Center at Tyndall AFB, FL and Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. He also worked in the Primary Care Clinics. At Dover AFB, DE, he was the Director of the Fast Track Clinic in the Emergency Department and was the Commander of Ambulance Services. In 2004, Vince was selected for an Orthopedic Fellowship at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He finished his military career in the Orthopedic Department at Travis AFB, CA. He worked in the clinic, was 1st surgical assistant in the operating room, and took 1st call in the emergency department. His military experience, independent work ethic, and broad medical background make him uniquely qualified to work in our walk-in urgent care facility.

Vince grew up in Warren, Pennsylvania. He currently lives in Charlottesville, VA with his wife, Tracy, and two children, Mariah and Derek.
